Those were the peaceful protesters. Their role from the beginning was to fold in the face of violence. Their job was to force the government into making the choice between peace and violence. The government has made it's choice. More likely than not you will now see the coming of the not so peaceful protesters. Canadians are nice until they are not. No one in the entire world wants to face off against Canadians when they are not being nice. We are forged in the bitter cold of our frozen wasteland, and the only ones who even come close to us are the Russians. Australians are tough too, but they were forced to go to the frontier. We volunteered.
