Washington DC has been Shutdown all year, see the proof:

And it makes me wonder if US truckers planning to go to DC is the right thing to do. It could be a huge waste of time, if the city is boarded up.

I think Truckers would score faster points (success) if the convoys plug up transportation arteries, like border crossings. You get the CEO's steaming mad, and they lean on the politicians, because CEO's only care about one thing: their uninterrupted revenue streams. CEO's = Donors to politicians

dont need to drive anywhere, just dont move freight for 2 weeks... if 50% of truckers take a vacation it would be more impact than blocking up some roads

tell your boss you got covid and take a week or 2 off

Think it might take 4 or 5 weeks, but yeah. if enough just stop moving freight. Its the same effect.

Would be far more effective clogging major US cities like NYC, LA. If those shut down, so much economy stops. 2 largest population centers... wall street cant get to work...

LA and NYC are already CLOGGED. Its an every day occurrence.

Truckers should go to San Francisco, or Seattle, because those Democrat-run cities love demonstrations that block the streets. They encourage them. They are even happier if you burn a few buildings and attack a police station or two. And if you get arrested, those nice liberal people will bail you out of jail so you can go back to occupying the city.

All I’ve got to say is that I’ve driven through dc many times recently for work and the highways running through it are jam packed at rush-hour.

Edit: thinking about it though, driving past the Pentagon it does seem pretty empty, but it could be that the employees have left already. Government hours are great
