Yeah, my account is fine, for now.

The parking lot was full when I arrived. Had to park on the street and walk over.

There was a line inside the bank.

Busiest I've ever seen it.

But, accounts were fine, so I withdrew a bunch anyways.

Better I keep that cash for now eh?

I left a little to keep the account open.

Everything will be fine... until it isn't.

It would be prudent to have a substantial amount of money out of the bank, currently the bank is not a security, it is a risk. Perhaps they have forgotten that their entire business model is based on absolute trust that the money that people put in can be taken out again (not a particularly well founded trust). Once that trust is burned, it cannot be regained. These banks seem to be betting on an authoritarian dictatorship and are putting all their eggs in that basket, whether they understand that or not. If they fuck over even one customer, they (at least should) lose ALL trust.
