Every person who conspires or attempts to commit is an accessory after the fact in relation to, or councils in relation to, an offence related to subsection one, is guilty of an indictable offence

In Canada there is a hierarchy of law. There are some laws of hat override other laws. Trudeau is accusing truckers of breaking a law. But the higher law of Crimes Against Humanity & Wartime Law. Truckers are protesting a breaking of that law by the prime minister, & his cabinet, & the public health authorities, and all the premiers of canada.
