Chinks are just as bad. I used to live in Hawaii, sometimes sold stuff at flea markets. No matter what the price on my stuff was, chinks would always offer 'dollah'. I would sternly say NO, then they might offer 'two dollah', but never ever more.

You're doing it wrong. Niggers are not in a position to negotiate. Their options are limited due to their reputation. Thus, any sane person taxes niggers as a form of insurance. They will eventually try to steal from you one way or another. You give them marked up prices because everyone else is doing it as well, and to cover any losses they'll inevitably incurr on you.
