To me it seems like something the kikes would claim the Germans did, in order to disparage their national character and morality. At the very least, it was greatly exaggerated for the same purpose. Would you be willing to burn books that even give mention to this stuff in a neutral/positive light? Weimar's state as a horrible place to be wasn't a secret.
