It was taught in schools worldwide during the first half of the 20th century.
People today, who don't read history, and I mean books from the time, not just about the time, have zero ability to fathom how normal a lot of the things we talk about here were back then.
Why do they think there was less degeneracy? Why do they think Hitler could be time magazines person of the year?
