From the perspective of management this would seem to be the case. The sheep only provide the illusion that things work though, in reality there’s only about 20% of people who are actually necessary in any organization. The other 80%(sheep) are middle management, accounting, and HR. Communism is the ideology of middle managers, which is what our society has become. Everyone is educated, but no one has any skills. On the upside though, this is why communism always fails.
