There was a story that inmates including the Boston Bomber got Stimulus checks.

They all got stimulus checks as long as they filed within the last ten years, even the Boston marathon bomber got one.
I’m sure they were informed, there’s no special documents to sign for an approved drug used off label.
I guess we should’ve tested the vax on them so the aclu would’ve stepped up.
