So my friend is being super cryptic about some info he thinks he has. Apparently there's going to be a false flag op, possibly near spokane, WA on MLK day. Or in upcoming days. He's being weird about it, and won't even tell me where he heard it. He has a tendency to talk like he's in the know, but he's usually wrong.
