You can order ivermectin on the internet in 10+ dose format for like $30. You don't need some kike's permission.

No I haven't, my wife had bought some well before the plandemic started for deworming our dogs. That said the type we ordered from Amazon ("Ivermectin Sheep Drench") is still available.
