It is not the court's job to "defend the constitution."
It is the courts job to enforce the laws as written and ensure those laws are constitutional.
Yes. Courts in the past have gone above and beyond their authority to entertain cases and make rulings and judgments that they have no business doing. That's called "legislating from the bench" and they have no actual authority to do so. And, what those who feel cheated are asking the courts to do now is the job of the state's executive branch, and the courts aren't permitted to do that, either.
Prior to the election, no one had standing because, Prior to the election, there was no harmed party in a position to make the claim.
After the EC vote, nothing matters. The EC picked the president IAW each state's laws and the constitution. There was nothing to challenge. The votes were cast as each state demanded, the EC votes were counted accurately, Biden won.
The time between election night and the EC vote was the critical time, but has nothing to do with the federal court system. It's a state's issue. Was state laws broken? Who, specifically, broke which specific laws? And other than the PA challenge to a change in voting laws, which the PA Supreme Court did address and decide in favor of the allowed change, which state court ignored a suit filed by a party with standing citing specific violations of state law?
It is the courts job to enforce the laws as written and ensure those laws are constitutional.
So interpret and kind of defend but not exactly defend
Prior to the election, no one had standing because, Prior to the election, there was no harmed party in a position to make the claim
25 plus states filed a lawsuit saying they were harmed and they were in every way a people of. State could be harmed.
- More illigals in Texas
- More lock downs
- Me directly losing money because of biden higher gas prices
How long could this list be... multiple state attorny generals felt they had standing because they were directly harmed by 6 states stealing an election
Prior to the election, no one had standing because, Prior to the election, there was no harmed party in a position to make the claim
That's what I said.
25 plus states filed a lawsuit saying they were harmed and they were in every way a people of. State could be harmed.
Who did the states sue for breaking state election laws?
Wait are you being a jew devil advocate ? Or you really believe a pedophile career loser plagerist piece of shit got 81 million votes that almost every state went red and 27 congressional seats where flipped because of trump but at the same time those voters said no to Trump and yes to biden. 18 of the 19 bellwether counties picked Trump and on and on and on...
You might have just been playing jew advocate so I apologize if that's the case
I just noticed your little jew label you might just be a well spoken shill
So, then, you're a nigger.
