I don't think he was disagreeing with you in that first part... I sort of think you guys tend to jump to "someone is paid to post here", when, in reality, a lot of posters here on Poal are just normies (pretty much everyone) who aren't very analytical or researched To your credit, the worst thing about Voat was so damn many people used alts. Me, I've never considered it, despite being accused of being very many people. I know exactly why people do it but I just don't have the patience or care enough about people agreeing with me to manufacture consensus.
You did pay attention to the user names there, didn't you? How a person morphed into a different person and picked up and continued the conversation. Just like an old married couple, right?
I never contended that. I do share your annoyance with people that make alts.
