There already has been a virus so deadly that we were told we needed to be tested to know if we have it because we could be infected but asymptomatic and super-spread it if we didn't follow the CDC guidelines and wear the proper PPE.

Even Dr. Fraudxi was involved in making sure people changed their behavior and done a sort of mask to prevent the spread. It was a worldwide pandemic and the news covered it for years. It killed millions even and the pharma companies went into warp drive to make money off of it. No vaxx yet, but definitely a lot of money making treatments.

My first thought was HPV given the multiple strains and low incidence of harmful strains etc, but there's Gardisil.

It's a virus like Pfizer is a vaccine. HIV is a RETROvirus. It doesn't even have a protein jacket, no special way of getting inside a cell's nucleus, nothing really but a little ring of RNA with the code that induces ribosomes to manufacture more little RNA rings using an endless loop of instructions.
