The unfortunate reality is that this treatment of men is the only way women can effectively 'rape' a man and they're encouraged to do this almost daily by modern narratives. So this is still very clearly divorce rape. The woman loses nothing. The man loses a lot and likely has to pay. That is divorce rape.
