The limbic system is more complex than a single gene. VMAT2 seems to be a small part of the more complex system. If it leads people to feelings that are purely impulsive and not tempered by thought and reason, than those types of feelings are primitive and less refined than complex emotions. It may even be the gene that causes people to react poorly in times of danger or heightened stress. I don't see these primitive feelings as being useful in today's world where we understand things better and don't need animalistic reactions. People might do better if we can get rid of these emotional timebombs that seem to override rational thought and behavior. Niggers certainly could do without these primitive emotions driving their behavior.
I'll take the more complex emotions over these simple emotional instincts any day. We need to evolve beyond the simple mind and move towards a more complex and controllable emotional mind. If God only exists because of a primitive gene, then perhaps you should be questioning why it would be necessary if the higher thoughts aren't where God derives from. I don't need to feel some gene's expression in order to feel God or know I have a soul. My higher mind and thoughts let me express that far better than some ancient, vestigial gene ever could.
The gene controls dopamine and serotonin that gives you some "feels" your brain does the thinking and reasoning... I consider myself a spiritual person, I am extremely grounded in reason... Fear not, worry not, and God is in control are common themes in the bible I am less likely to "react poorly"... when they inhibit this gene unneeded you will have more depression, more suicides, more bonus depopulation... As shown in an animal study, they lost the will to live and stopped eating... It is an unfair comparison to compare negative emotions and lack of control with the positive emotions that are part of a spiritual experience... Considering the lack of control = not thinking clearly or at all is clearly a cognitive problem not a feeling problem IMO...
In a study, repressing the gene makes people feel hopeless in times when you should be challenging yourself. Makes you give up like the cuck you'd like to be. Imagine having kids & encouraging them to strive harder but then they suicide themselves because you done fucked them up taking away their 'fanatic' gene, by vaccine or whatever, & now they feel like it's hopeless to try and improve themselves.
