Makes one curious, does this place just get attacked less than boat got attacked?
voat was also a dumping ground for banned eddit subs, which ended up becoming the defacto place to check when eddit was obviously censoring stuff/ they havent really banned any big subs since voat went down not sure where people would end up when they ban the next big community.
They banned the 'no new normal' sub which was pretty big. I think they migrated to .win but that was shut down very shortly after the migration. I think those refugees went to telegram.
This place is not as relevant as voat was. With the q op and 'stolen' election.
true, but why kill voat and let this live? would still like to know the full story about voat, why it got shut down, who the investor was.
