It's stationary in the sky and shooting off other tiny green lights. I'd share a video, but my phone is dead. It's charging now, in case I'm able to capture some video in a bit.

Anybody else seeing this shit?

Edit: Phone charged, but can't capture anything. Working with a Galaxy S5 here.

Sounds like debris breaking up in atmosphere or a near pass from a comet that has broken up from passing into our gravity well.

Could it have been the comet passing by right now?

I suppose if it was coming directly at us and breaking apart that COULD explain it, but I dunno.

Check your current lat/long coordinates and run them in with a satellite tracking app to know what's flying over you.

I do this on a PC, so I don't/can't get an app, but my latitude/longitude is [Redacted]. Let me know if you're motivated enough to figure it out.

My guess, while I was out there, was perhaps some sort of space station sending out probes. But why the green glow?

Phone has like 8% battery life now, so I'm going back out to film it (if it's still there).
