I’m on my 3rd year of only eating meat. Zero carbs, zero sugar. It’s been great! I’ve never felt healthier. I’m down to 2 small meals a day, I just don’t get hungry or have any cravings.
Edit: it’s called carnivore diet, look up Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube if you are curious
I believe it. I do ketogenic and eat so little that it surprises me. Today I ate a hard boiled egg for breakfast. I ate 5 pieces of celery and a tablespoon of peanut butter at lunch. I'm not even hungry.
Any time I eat carbs, like at a birthday party or something, I can feel how they just make me want to eat and eat.
I'm following a youtuber whose horse is having severe health problems from eating diet high in carbs (ie grains). A fucking herbivore has metabolic syndrome from a high carb diet! People can be more or less objective when it comes to nutrition for their pets but are too brainwashed to realize that the same applies to humans.
