They think it is terrible/bad/evil to have a population reach herd immunity through acquiring the disease and getting vaccinated. However, we know for a fact that natural immunity is 11-20 times more effective against the delta variant, the most deadly variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to any o the vaccines, depending on the study you use. It is, in my opinion, medically unethical to discount and ignore natural immunity as part of the path to herd immunity. Especially in the face of the monstrous delta variant which is factually so powerful as to cause significant loss of efficacy of these COVID-19 vaccines.
