Having frequent sex is not a "normal social life", and it really isn't the choice of people whether they can socialize or not as there's so few places to go and not complying with the bullshit mandates will get you thrown in prison, your belongings being taken from you and you being forced to accept the mark of the beast. Even before the lockdowns there was nowhere to go, our churches are subverted and empty, relatives never had anyone to introduce me to, and I typically would go months without speaking to a woman in even a business related context.
