I played guitar for years, wrote a few songs. It occupied a decade of my life but it never improved it long term.
Music is a beautiful hobby but only a very few will make a living with it, and that is more tied into image and 'marketability' than talent or money in your pocket.
Personally I don't bother with therapists, I have an old acoustic in the shed for that.
Forget music. Hedonism blocks every new skill.
At some point learning hits a hard point and that hurts. Hedonist give up to instead go on to get an easy pleasure hit.
