I can't stay focused on learning to play the guitar. Really pissing me off. You don't realize it until you realize you can't stay focused on one thing for more than a few minutes- if that- And no I'm too poor to afford real teaching lessons.

It took me getting a standing desk/treadmill to break this.

Love a standing desk. Took me a while to find a decent one. Ended up with a nice antique cast iron and maple one that hand cranks for height from sitting to standing and tilts. No drawers though. Stumbled upon it at an antique store and paid out the ass for it, but it’s been worth it. Pretty sure it’s a draftsman’s table.

I wish I had yours instead: yours sounds like it will last forever. Mine has a motor and hydraulics to change the height, but that is just one more thing to break and have to repair at some point.

It is pretty cool. Everybody wants to buy it all the time. I almost bought one like yours for the shop, but went for the much cheaper version at Home Depot with the hand crank. Mostly due to not having to have an electric cord for it. Got enough of those things to trip over as it is. Again though no drawers. The next year they came out with two drawers, I was not happy! It is nice to bring work up or down to a comfortable working height. Just wish it had those damn drawers!
