This is very interesting. But, I think we know what they will do. They'll have few copies of 'opposing viewpoints' and then they'll play a game by having someone check out the book and keep renewing it so that it's unavailable on the shelves and has to be requested. Students who are doing research or reports will miss deadlines if they wait for the books. How do I know this????? Because I realized that the few 'forbidden' books by disapproved authors that I wanted in university re holocaust were perpetually checked out. Made no sense with the long check out times except that I suspected it was done to keep it off the shelf. That was a couple decades ago.
