Here's one such camp being constructed in Australia.
It's fascinating how they don't understand that all the word "concentration camp" ever meant was that it was a place to concentrate people of a certain demographic.
I wish people would just trust each other and be willing to take a few risks for the sake of the social fabric of the community.
When I was a kid, we were given the educational television program "Sesame Street" to watch. One prominent character was "Oscar the Grouch." He was basically a muppet, portraying a homeless guy. He lived in a trash can.
Children's television has been so sanitized in the decades since, that it doesn't give kids anything to chew on, anymore.
The policies of this last year and two are a direct result of this shift. "Mommy will protect you from the mean hyperactive boy in the gifted kid class. We wouldn't want him spreading any disinformation to your tender ears. Furthermore, if there's a tramp wandering the streets, who knows what kinds of diseases he's carrying? We'll just call the cops on him, whenever he needs to urinate or sleep and hasn't found a way to take care of these bodily functions like the rest of us do, in our houses."

they can set up a "camp" in any field in any state, county, town, province, whatever! ever seen a refugee camp? they are just white tents inside a fence in any random open area. put up some tents, rope it off with some fence, throw in a few porta-johns and you got a covid camp.
