To me, all this looks like contamination of the vaccine at point of manufacture. The fibers look like just that -- synthetic cloth fibers. The round objects could be droplets of some contaminating liquid. The irregularly shaped objects are just ... dirt. Anyway, that's my impression. I don't see anything living, or formerly living.
