I started getting serious about boycotting last year. No more Walmart, Amazon, MLB, and certain brands of products. Once you get in a routine of buying from different places and using different products, it really isn't a big deal.
I thought I'd miss baseball more than I do. While I do miss it. I'm disgusted by their actions and the attitudes of the players. It is so off-putting that it makes it easy to avoid.
The only thing I struggle to boycott is YouTube.
Glad to know it's happening one person at a time. My super elderly parent watches bball and it's tragic the way they virtually ignore white players and fawn over the black and brown players- we'll lose baseball the same way we lost football and basketball. Sports is about betting nowadays and not sports itself. I avoid amazon except for a review source and am looking for an alternative to walmart and target.
When they moved the all star game that was the last straw for me. I usually go to about 20 games a year too. More if we make the playoffs.
It kind of sucks as my work schedule would have finally allowed me to do extensive traveling to away games this year. Something I've always wanted to do, but I'm so apathetic about baseball anymore it's like whatever.
