I've had several noodle-brain, pedophile-voter, poison--injected idiots tell me at work that they can't smell anything for days at a time. They complain about not feeling good and NEVER smile or laugh. As much as I would like to feel badly for them, I can't.
The ones I know in similar situation do the same, and in the next breath will triumphantly claim "I've had no negative shot side effects." The self delusion runs deep and deadly.
