That actually improves your immunity from spike proteins, with nicotine clogging the ACE2 receptors on your cell walls, where the spikes like to hook up with your cells. The spikes can't attach at that receptor point, and they don't attach to non ACE2 receptors. This serves as enhanced protection against the virus itself, as well as the virus shedding spike particles.
