No disagreement here at all on that point. I keep on seeing our people get outclassed in business day in and day out. Treating business as a skill that can be learned and practiced to perfection is an important concept. I'm just pushing back against the whole idea that getting rid of the money changes is the answer. That cannot work because that still leaves our people untrained in the skill of business and leaves them vulnerable when dealing with races that are more skilled. We need to get good at defense and offense.
