This has been a thing for a long time, they keep the pack the same but the contents are smaller. It's a bastard trick, and fits the jew perfectly.

They make the inner roll slightly bigger so the outer roll of paper stays the same, and the package the same as you said. Shrinkflation.

when you go to buy detergent, make sure to poke the sticker, sometimes the bottle will have a hole going through it thats hidden by the sticker.

bring a knife so you can easily and quickly expose all those holes in all the bottles.
