Individual Post Offices are most time 'Dedicated' to a certain source,this one maybe dedicated to THE military,IMHO-a non-issue.

I checked to see if there was a military base in Eureka, if so mail could possibly get routed through their post office. There isn't a military base in Eureka, though.
