It's a damned good staging. The people who worked on this have some talent and skills, this looks very real because of clever editing, and some balls because they were definitely in the car with live flames for at least a few seconds.

It looks almost like someone doused the vehicle with something after everyone got out, because the fire very suddenly sort of whooshes out and spreads towards the camera.
