lol.....K...K...I worked at Little Caesar's for like 5+ years at the end of HS and college. I was literally the morning dough maker, sauce maker, bulk volume cheese cutter, all done in a *Hobart of course. It was also a "manager" training store for corporate. Damn did I hate having 3 month training BS on shits who mostly haven't even ever worked in a pizza store, a real shit show. Of course I was dominate at all the stations. The only two who ever topped me at any station were two girls who were friends, that I trained. Now I am talking a top volume store, we even had a dinning room. Today the place is nothing like that. Same plaza but moved a few spots over to get rid of the dinning room and be carry out/delivery only. Looks to be about half the business, maybe less. Lots of competition now that wasn't there back then, time's change. Sry for the rant, peace be with you young padawan, lol
Oh yeah, pineapple is great with green olives, banana peppers ( or japs is you want) and onion (white). Trust me, I'm an expert. Hint: Less pineapple/olive and more onion and hot peppers.
If you need meat, only add sausage, nothing else, seriously. It works with the flavors while all the others work opposite.
