There are a few people who have a real bad reaction to gluten, luckily I’m not one of them. Theres a medical synopsis at the beginning of the vid if youre interested. This recipe seems like a genuinely healthy option for those who need it as opposed to the ‘gluten free’ junk in the shops. The bread looks nice and I’m thinking it might be a good recipe to try without the gluten free versions of the ingredients. Don’t worry, the trannies are all yours.

I am aware of that but the fact is it is a very small minority of people who do and also there is a link between it and Round-Up pesticide use on crops.....
