I feel sorry for the dog. The story isn't clear, but my guess, this moron got up on the railing of the balcony to do a back flip backwards onto the balcony, but lost his balance and tumbled over the railing. He looks like a Jew to me, but his name sounds fake -- how many people are named "Crystal" who sell liquor?
