Also notice marks that seem to be made by the chuck contacting the rib. Then at outer edge of hole you can see sharp inward pointing razor edge typical when bit breaks through opposite surface. No way this happened on earth during assembly. Testing and inspection would have found it. But, let's just blame it on the Russians.
