Was brushed off for a months, but that darned Rona hit before I could make noise about it. I’m in a segment of live entertainment, so shits been rough. I hung on, finally heard the move is to talk to the GM. Did a few weeks ago, now a 25% increase this pay period on! I’m not making huge hourly, but COL is low where I live, and business is booming full send now, and that 10-15hrs OT a week is suddenly bangin bux. There is little that can be overlooked in my job, lest the show not go on... ha. But I’m certainly happier to really deliver every bit when I’m making better money. Good American company, CEO and family are good hardworking folks; I actually talk to the guy who owns the company. Apart from stupid bullshit from clients (we fufill your tech demands..) it’s good. Killing it on weekend side work too. Gonna make tons of fiat paper this month.
