Trusting scientists

If it was real I would have caught it by now. I have taken zero precautions going on a year and a half now.

Non sequitur

Do I have to explain why?

No it's not. You're insisting that it exists because scientists say so. I'm saying I don't trust them. Are you one of those autists that doesn't accept anything outside of peer reviewed circle jerk science journals? Do I have to publish a study to have an opinion?

Alright, so I have to explain why

>If it was real I would have caught it by now. I have taken zero precautions going on a year and a half now.

Just because you didn't catch it, doesn't prove it doesn't exist.

Just because you're a lifelong smoker and didn't get a lung cancer as a result doesn't prove lung cancer doesn't exist or that smoking doesn't increase risks to get a lung cancer. Same deal.

>Do I have to publish a study to have an opinion?

As far as I'm concerned, you can have an opinion backed by nothing but a belief, on any given topic

Just don't ask me to consider your belief as a scientific fact that's all
