Interesting. I'm almost 70, and, to be honest, some of the 50-year-olds looked older than me. But the 90-year-olds just plain scared me! Thought I wanted to live that long. Still do, but I may not go out in public!
I’m 47 and a lot of 30 year-olds look older than me. A lot of people just look beat the fuck up for various reasons. Some of it is genetic, but a lot of it is lifestyle.
It occurred to me after posting, I have a friend, 3 years younger than me, even her father says she looks older than I do. She was a long-time smoker, probably 30 years. That makes a big difference.
I agree, combination of genetics and lifestyle. Raised my boys on organic/whole foods, wonder if that made a difference.
The secret is so simple: Sleep. If you cannot sleep, then at least rest.
I think the secret to the longevity of those Jewesses is blood magic or something. Those eyes convey witchcraft to me. Something is awry.
