I was working on a project that required a large US flag that was strictly to specification. Surprisingly, I discovered that many US flags are not to specification, and many are wildly out of specification ... even ones made by supposedly reputable US manufacturers (Annin, Valley Forge, etc.). One of the manufacturers told me specifically that they do not measure their flags to see if they conform to specifications.

Long story short, I had to make my own vector graphic strictly according to the US flag specifications in . I figured someone else might have a use for it.

Sure. It's a pain in the ass to create, so I figured someone shouldn't have to recreate the wheel. The most difficult part is getting the stars precisely the correct size and positioned precisely.
