Baloney is gross and pretty much the same grade of meat as taco bell. Eating leftovers and sandwiches for lunch gets old too.
Packaged bologna is, sure. Try some from a butcher shop that doesn't come in a perfect vacuum packed circle with 98% filler and preservatives.
He's got a point though. Not every day but pack your lunch 2-3 days a week. Make a bulk meal and then eat off of it for a while. Roast is good, gulash is good. If you can't heat it up and want something quick try a BLT or Tuna/chicken/egg salad sandwhich.
If you want some extra motivation, what do you think is actually in the food your eating. Most peoples hygene is terrible.
EDIT: also chicken fajitas are easy to make and are delicious!
