Yes, I know fast food is trash, but I'm working and on my lunch break and don't have time to pack a lunch- there's a string of restaurants near my job and most are all nigger employees. The worst is Taco Bell - I stopped eating there for good because they take forever and still end up fucking up my orders. Last time I ate there 3 months ago it was all black people and took about 15 minutes for 2 items. Today I tried to get Wendy's and no one was working - at all. Store was closed, doors locked and the drive-thru was jammed at 4pm.
I said fuck it and instead got some tacos from a locally owned truck. I just hope the steak burrito I ate was real steak.

He's got a point though. Not every day but pack your lunch 2-3 days a week. Make a bulk meal and then eat off of it for a while. Roast is good, gulash is good. If you can't heat it up and want something quick try a BLT or Tuna/chicken/egg salad sandwhich.

If you want some extra motivation, what do you think is actually in the food your eating. Most peoples hygene is terrible.

EDIT: also chicken fajitas are easy to make and are delicious!
