I have a job. My time starts at 4:30 am. I get home after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I right away try to do stuff for my wife who raises 2 kids. If you can't make the time to make a simple lunch, you are living life wrong.
BTW, these are light days. I still do this when my commute is 2 hours each way working 10's.. and it's manual labor so constantly burning calories.
Prioritize necessities first.
