When they call to buy your house say you don't own that but you'll sell it to them. Or tell them the police took the car because your Indian prostitutes were using it to sell sex. There's also plenty of sites that generate fake credit card numbers, when they try it and it comes up as testing argue with them that it's your card number and they're lying to you.
