While we're at it; the only reason there's such a hoo-ha about defunding the police is because blacks are so criminal that having run out of options the last thing to try is reverse psychology. We are currently conducting the largest reverse psychology experiment in human history. If we can convince the blacks that actually, they're not just a bunch of criminals, it was the police all along, then they will obviously stop committing crimes.
