Good luck. It'll be a spic/nigger neighborhood in a few years. Happened to us twice. Move in and it's white as far as the eye can see. Within 10 years half the neighborhood is fuckin spics. Here's a list of shit my spic neighbors have done recently to make the neighborhood better:

  • Running their leafblowers at 1:00 am. I realize the gas leafblower is the lead instrument in the Mexican national anthem, but come on.
  • Having 5 nigger dogs that bark at all hours
  • Using some unholy stinking laundry detergent that makes the entire block smell shitty
  • Cranking ooga booga music
  • Building a second "granny flat" on their properties and renting them to more spics
  • Lighting their entire property with flood lights from dusk until dawn like a Walmart parking lot
  • Parking on the lawn

We've been living in apartments for a few years in the hopes of looking for a little place with some land, today I was hanging out at the pool with my newborns and a wave of nogs showed up, like 3 interracial couples with a bunch of noglets and another few random nogs. This used to be an all white complex for years. Time to move.

Good on ya. That's the spirt brother. My wife and I bought a house in a crap neighborhood to have a family. It's what we could afford. The kids in the neighborhood all got free gobment food every summer. Then it changed and the remaining blacks sold out and whites moved in. Now we are the poorest whites on the block, there is one black family left over 2 blocks (good folks) and the rest have all moved @ 10 miles away. Rich snobby assholes are moving in paying cash for million dollar homes. They are poets, life coaches, and natural organic farmers who still have large organic farms but moved in for the edumacaqtion and payed too much for housing. I'm the only person (overly)armed on the block.

We still have shootings, only had 2 gunshots nearby last night, but that shit is moving out. Remember, set your priorities and live life to hit those goals. I calculated that my life was a 3 legged stool: Relationships (family/friends), health, finances. That means you need to spend time with family, workout, and word at making $cratch. You can't have only 2 legs of the stool or the one missing will hurt the remaining two. Some folks would put religion int there as well. It worked for me and the kids grew up, moved out and are still loving me. The wife as well.

That's a solid post. Sorry for the late reply, but I have been painting and priming rooms for about 11 hours today. Just got back to my old house to sleep before work tomorrow. I have family about 30 minutes away which is very nice. My previous rental was 2 hours away for a job my wife wanted to do. I had a terrible commute and was miserable. Now that I have this house, my end of the bargain is fulfilled for having children.
