I've never heard of a two seater F-16. It's clearly a training flight. Probably T-38, but that means they had two engines.
They have two seater F16s, prob for training on that platform.
I don't think thats correct for this particular aircraft, my understanding is that preliminary training is done on a sim, and once passed the sim training, the F-16 pilot flies with an instructor in another jet.
I am not claiming that other platforms don't have two seater variants for training, a lot of them probably do.
EDIT: Just checked Wikipedia, maybe I am mistaken. B/F variants are two seat.. interesting.
The F-16B and F-16D are 2 seater training varients of the A and C models respectively.
