The current state of cryptography already has answers for quantum computers. Whether or not the middle-manager who failed upwards to his positions puts these solutions into place can be answered by just how much shit is run on 40 year old software.
These solution will come in place when quantum computers become more main stream. Right now quantum computer can not break the crypto wallets and even if they could it would be in the hands of people that would be held accountable.
Not just accountable for monetary reasons.
But the quantum secret. The fact that they have the technology to break sha256.
Biggest problem could be assholes not wanting to upgrade to a quantum secure algorithm causing a fork. But that is still years away.
QRL is already quantum resistant and it is fake news if you think quantum computing has broken sha256 which has not happened yet.
