Agreed.
On the topic of mans law v law of nature:
The rule of law that is "supposed" to be operating in America is a super cool thing.
A democratic republic based on western law; wherein, there must be a claimant or an injured party to have a case.
Note: not like the democratic republic of the Congo or the democratic republic of china or the democratic republic of Venezuela.
There is a fundamental difference between "legal and illegal actions" v "lawful and unlawful actions". Almost all session laws in the US "should" be deemed unconstitutional, that amounts to around 90% of all laws in the US.
The difference between a democracy and a republic:
In a democracy 51% of the people say everyone has to wear green on Thursday, and if someone wears blue on Thursday they will be charged and prosecuted for the crime. This is basically mob rule.
In a republic (a democratic republic based on the rule of western law) the rights of the individual are paramount.
For example: If 99.9% of the populace say you must wear green on Thursday and someone wears blue, the blue clothed individual may be arrested or fined or whatever; however, the accused is allowed to face his accuser (The damaged party or the defrauded) and question them in a court. In this case the prosecutor would loose legal standing because there is no injured party.
Once the charges are dropped and the case dismissed, the defendant may (in this case) sue for redress of any grievances, such as fiduciary compensation for legal expenses and a settlement for the false charges, defamation, false imprisonment. Furthermore; Charges may be laid on the arresting party ...
The courts would find the law unconstitutional. Actually under us code title18 section 242 the arresting officer and any involved would be found guilty of deprivation of rights under "color of law" and any citations would be viewed as a simulation of legal process.
Mind you what I am describing herein is how our judicial process is theoretically "supposed" to be, not how it is currently. Now currently the entire system is corrupted to the core.
